We are seeking a junior associate to join the corporate practice in our dynamic Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of strong M&A experience, particularly in mid-market work. Emerging growth and  technology company background are desirable. We are looking for candidates who can see the big picture and also appreciate and dive into the details.

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
