We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Support Analyst (e-DAT Analyst III) in our e-Discovery Analysis & Technology (“e-DAT”) Practice Group, focusing primarily on RelativityOne administration and ESI collections. This is a key role in our team, providing cutting-edge support for complex litigation matters.

Job Summary: The e-DAT Analyst III will be responsible for providing advanced administrative and technical support for clients and case teams in RelativityOne and assisting with electronically stored information (ESI) collection from data repositories such as Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Slack and mobile devices. The role will require strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RelativityOne Administration: Manage workspaces, handle ESI processing, and oversee/conduct analysis, review, and production operations.
  • ESI Collection: Assist clients in collecting data from various sources, including Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and mobile devices.
  • ESI Processing: Conduct raw ESI ingestion, deduplication, email threading, and advanced deduplication techniques in RelativityOne.
  • Document Review Support: Collaborate with attorneys to design document reviews using RelativityOne Review Center and implement Technology Assisted Reviews (TAR), predictive coding, artificial intelligence, and analytics tools.
  • Analytics Expertise: Utilize analytics features such as concept clustering and communication mapping to help identify evidence.
  • Document Production: Prepare document productions, convert ESI to image formats, extract text, perform OCR, and generate industry-standard load files.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to internal and external clients, co-counsel, and experts on RelativityOne and related eDiscovery technologies.
  • Project Management: Assume project management roles for large or complex cases, managing timelines, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Best Practices & Risk Management: Adhere to best practices and evaluate risks when deviations are necessary.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (B.A. or B.S.)
  • 5+ years of litigation support experience in an eDiscovery or law firm environment
  • Proficiency in RelativityOne administration and ESI collection techniques
  • Experience with data processing, document review, and production
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging Relativity’s suite of extend products (aiR for Review, Data Breach Response, Personal Information Detect, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry-standard production specifications
  • Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), CEDS, or relevant Relativity certifications are a plus (Specialist, PRO)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience supporting multi-office user groups is highly desirable
  • Remote position with ability to work in-office as needed based on client and case requirements, local office requirements, and practice group needs

Compensation Salary $72,000 - $109,000
