Do you love working with brands? If so, we are seeking a junior associate to join the global trademark team at K&L Gates. As an attorney on this globally recognized team, you will manage the trademark matters for some of the best known brands in the world. You will interact directly with these clients to acquire, protect and enforce brands. Responsibilities include trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of worldwide trademark portfolios as well as client counseling, licensing, development of intellectual property policies and management of global enforcement programs.

Candidates are required to have excellent academic credentials and must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Graduation from a top-tier law school, law review or journal experience, and clerkship experience are preferred.
