We are seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join our Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. Preferred candidates will be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team to advise national and international clients across the firm’s global platform. Meaningful experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), structured finance, and/or loan workouts is desired. K&L Gates’ Asset and Corporate Finance practice group represents lenders, borrowers, servicers, and other market participants in a wide range of financing transactions. 

Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.

Base Compensation $240,000 - $320,000 / year

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. #LI-MM2
