The Senior BI Developer leads design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions. They set strategic direction for BI initiatives within Enterprise Analytics. This individual contributes to developing functional and business strategies, ensuring effective data utilization for informed decision-making. Compensation Salary $108,000 - $162,000 The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. • Leading the design and development of complex BI solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of data models and ETL processes
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior BI developers and analysts
• Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance BI capabilities
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across all BI solutions
• Creating and upholding comprehensive documentation for BI processes and solutions

• Possess extensive experience in business intelligence development, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and proven success in delivering impactful solutions
