We are seeking a midlevel associate to join the IP Procurement & Portfolio Management group in our Boston office.  The ideal candidate will have three to six years of patent prosecution experience and must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. An undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or Computer Engineering is strongly preferred. Experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution, strategic patent portfolio counseling, and agreements relating to the transfer or license of intellectual property is required.
