The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) provides enterprise-wide financial leadership, strategic insight, and governance over planning, forecasting, and performance management activities. This role partners closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy, guide decision-making, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and organizational objectives. The Director oversees complex financial models, enterprise forecasting, and performance analytics while leading and developing a high-performing FP&A function. The role plays a critical leadership
position in advancing financial discipline, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Executive Leadership Team, Senior Administrative Group, Global Controllers Group, Department and Practice Leaders, Finance Leadership

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Leading enterprise financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable strategic and operational decision-making effectively and efficiently.
• Serving as a strategic advisor to executive
leadership by delivering forward-looking financial insights and scenario analyses
• Establishing and overseeing financial performance frameworks, metrics, and dashboards ensuring effective monitoring of organizational results.
• Directing the development and governance of
complex financial models supporting growth initiatives and long-term planning
• Collaborating with senior leaders to assess investments, initiatives, and decisions related to resource allocation.
• Providing financial leadership for significant strategic initiatives, encompassing expansion, organizational restructuring, and transformative projects.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity in financial forecasts, reports, and presentations used for decision-making and organizational insights.
• Driving continuous enhancement of FP&A processes, systems, and analytical capabilities throughout the organization.
• Ensuring alignment between FP&A tasks, accounting results, and enterprise financial controls.
• Developing and mentoring FP&A leaders and team members, fostering succession planning and enhancing advanced analytical skills.
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration to integrate financial discipline and accountability throughout the organization.
• Ensuring compliance to financial policies, governance protocols, and mandatory reporting standards.


EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED
• Demonstrate expertise in enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management methodologies.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial governance, controls, and reporting standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in Elite 3E, Oracle, and Microsoft suite applications, including proficiency with Power BI systems.
• Demonstrate advanced strategic and analytical thinking to achieve outcomes with significant enterprise-level impact.
• Translate complex financial data into practical insights that can drive meaningful actions and support decision-making processes effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership, provide coaching, and exhibit the ability to influence and organize effectively within the organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to utilize AI tools to generate, update, and improve financial reports
• Demonstrate extensive experience managing financial planning and analysis functions or similar enterprise financial roles within the legal industry.
• Demonstrate experience providing guidance to executive leadership on both strategic and financial topics.
• Show success in handling intricate financial models and extensive forecasts effectively.
• Lead and develop high-achieving teams in finance.
• Track record of driving financial process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives.

Compensation Salary - $170,000 - $340,000

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
