We are seeking a junior or midlevel associate to join the litigation practice in our dynamic Charleston office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of law firm civil litigation experience, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Clerkship experience is strongly preferred, but not required. A license to practice in South Carolina (or qualifying UBE score) is also preferred. Satisfaction of the trial experience requirements set forth in Rule 403 of the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules is desired, but not required.
The selected candidate will work closely with experienced Litigation attorneys who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. We require outstanding academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest-quality client service.
