We are searching for a Manager, Legal Recruiting with a specific focus in Asset Management & Investment Funds. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of lateral lawyer and law student recruitment for the Asset Management & Investment Funds (AMIF) practice area across all U.S. offices. Primary responsibilities include working with AMIF Practice Area Leaders (PALs) and other practice area management to execute the practice’s growth strategies through strategic recruiting. This includes management of lateral lawyer recruiting efforts; coordination of lawyer on-boarding, orientation, and integration; and coordination of law student outreach, participation in on-campus events, and educating students and law school placement professionals on the AMIF practice area. The Manager is responsible for our Power of Partnership recruitment in collaboration with some of the Firm’s key clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Skills: The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Generous performance bonus potential for the successful candidate. Salary: $90,000 - $165,000
