We are seeking an AI Adoption Manager to join the firm.  The AI Adoption Manager drives AI integration and usage across the firm, focusing on Copilot and other AI tools. Responsibilities include training lawyers and allied professionals to enhance individual, practice, and departmental efficiency through the use of artificial intelligence. This role promotes AI literacy and adoption while supporting IT department change management initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Managing and mentoring a team of change professionals and AI experts through proactive engagements, including meetings, goal setting, and performance evaluations. Establishing clear goals and expectations for the team. Creating team budgets, developing strategic plans, organizing resource planning, coordinating hardware/software planning, and preparing departmental reporting.
• Developing and delivering innovative training programs, workshops, and webinars to educate legal professionals and allied staff about AI technologies and their advantages.
• Creating educational materials and resources to enable employees to understand AI concepts and explore its practical applications effectively.
• Collaborating with change management teams to plan and track AI adoption, fostering a workplace culture that embraces artificial intelligence.
• Consulting with stakeholders to assess functional requirements for AI applications, ensuring solutions align with organizational needs and objectives.
• Creating use cases and prompt libraries tailored to departments and practices based on organizational requirements.
• Supporting the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring seamless integration into current workflows.
• Promoting AI within the firm by creating impactful presentations and facilitating engaging meetings showcasing success stories and identifying potential use cases.
• Gathering feedback on AI solutions to promote continuous improvement while ensuring technologies remain effective and relevant.
• Ensuring AI solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the firm.
• Acting as the primary subject matter expert on AI implementation projects, AI advancements in the legal sector, and innovations in AI technology.
• Collaborating with teams and leaders across diverse firm functions, fostering AI adoption while enhancing automation and improving operational efficiency.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED
• Hold bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• Demonstrate expertise in AI and machine learning technologies, familiarity with AI-specific tools, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles effectively.
• Understand national and international laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to artificial intelligence.
• Demonstrate proficiency with generative AI tools, including GPT, Gemini, LLaMA, CoPilot, and similar platforms.
• Evaluate functional requirements and perform data modeling and analytics effectively.
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills to convey complex AI concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Require a minimum of 1 year experience in AI implementation or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing AI programs and applying project management methodologies.
• Work with artificial intelligence in a legal environment.
 

Compensation Salary $124,000 - $240,000

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.

In accordance with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act, qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered.
