The global law firm of K&L Gates LLP is seeking a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer skilled in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint. This client-facing role involves designing, building, and delivering secure, scalable automation and AI solutions. Responsibilities include managing projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support while ensuring governance and compliance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Leading virtual workshops to gather requirements and document processes.
• Designing secure architectures by integrating Power Platform components, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint to provide actionable insights effectively.
• Building demos and proof-of-concepts to ensure solutions are validated effectively with stakeholders.
• Developing canvas and model-driven applications by utilizing Dataverse.
• Creating Power Automate flows, both cloud and desktop-based, to enable seamless process automation and improve operational efficiency.
• Designing and publishing Power BI reports and dashboards integrated seamlessly with Power Platform applications.
• Integrating solutions with SharePoint to enable efficient document organization, sharing, and team collaboration.
• Implementing ALM best practices using solutions, pipelines, and source control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Applying DLP policies, environment strategies, and role-based access controls to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Partnering with EA/Sec to ensure governance and compliance for Copilot Studio operations.
• Owning project plans, timelines, and deliverables while utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Creating Copilot Studio AI agents with custom topics, connectors, and orchestration while ensuring adherence to responsible AI principles and data privacy standards.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
• Possess Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) certification.
• Understand ALM, governance, and security best practices to ensure compliance and effective management of processes and systems.
• Possess certifications such as PL-200, PL-600, and AI-900.
• Demonstrate expertise in Responsible AI and telemetry integration for Copilot solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in engaging with clients and effectively oversee various projects in a remote environment.
• Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, GitHub, custom connectors, and API integration effectively.
• Possess practical experience using Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI platforms.
• 4+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrate expertise in Power Pages, Azure Functions, and integrating APIs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint to support enterprise content management effectively.
Compensation Salary - $148,000 - $296,000
