The international law firm of K&L Gates is seeking an International Trade Analyst to be based in our Washington, D.C. office. The firm has one of the most prominent trade practices in Washington, D.C. The Policy & Regulatory Practice Area’s International Trade, Investment Controls, and National Security practice group advises our clients on our country’s international trade law. The group is looking to add a key team member. The ideal candidate will have existing policy experience to help our clients implement and adhere to existing export control regulation and trade policies. Additional experience navigating the CFIUS process and national security issues involving investments and cross-border transactions is a plus. The successful candidate is an intellectually curious person who has the ability to distill and communicate about complex issues, thrives in a high-paced environment, and will have as many of these attributes as possible: Search firm submissions will not be accepted for this position.
