Job Description

We are seeking a mid to senior level associate to join our nationally-recognized and growing energy practice. The ideal candidate can be located in any US office and will have four to six years of experience in development of renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on both the buy and sell-side of power purchase agreements and virtual power purchase agreements. Other renewable energy transactional experience, including with EPC and equipment supply agreements, project finance, tax equity financing and/or M&A transactions is a significant plus. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate initiative and potential for business development and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues.
