We are seeking a junior to midlevel corporate/M&A associate with a background in emerging growth practices to join the corporate practice in our dynamic Palo Alto/Silicon Valley office.  We seek candidates with two to six years of experience in representing emerging growth companies with venture capital financings and exit transactions.  Experience with venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling is desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to manage transactions and general corporate work with oversight from partners and senior associates.
